Biography
Dr Imran Razzak is a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science at the School of Information Technology, Deakin University. Before joining Deakin, he held with UTS, KSAU-HS, and UTM. He has received numerous research grants and research awards. Dr Razzak’s interest area includes machine learning and its application to a broad range of topics particularly deep learning, big data analytics, healthcare and cyber security. His research mainly focuses on the healthcare sector, and he is passionate about making the healthcare industry a better place through emerging technologies. Dr Razzak has published more than 125 papers in reputed journals and conferences. He has been editor/guest editor/editor member of several reputed journals such as IEEE TII, IEEE TCSS, NCAA, and IEEE JBHI. Furthermore, Dr Razzak has been chair/co-chair/TPC member of dozens of conferences.
