We would like to thank everyone who attended the Deakin Cyber Conference this week! Attended by over 150 delegates from industry, government and research, the conference program facilitated rich exchange of ideas and vibrant discussion on the cyber security challenges facing us as a nation and impacting our friends, families, and communities. The two days included keynote talks and a panel discussion, an innovation showcase, a graduate researcher symposium and professional development workshops.

We heard from industry and government leaders on the opportunities for Australia to innovate and lead in the areas of digital safety, cyber strategy, policy, and new cyber security technologies. We heard from researchers and innovators at the forefront of these topics leading policy and technology initiatives and from the next generation of innovators and our future leaders.

We are grateful to our extraordinary keynote speakers Briony Daley Whitworth, Vijay Varadharajan, Vaughan Shanks and panellists Rachel Mansson, Robert Turney, Clyde Netto and Dushyant Sattiraju for sharing their knowledge and experience.
